Dan is a a Chartered Lead Mechanical Engineer with significant experience in offshore and onshore contract management, procurement, design and cable installation. Dan has managed turnkey projects worldwide including Korea, Australia, Europe and the UK. This includes managing offshore and onshore construction projects through feasibility, OJEU procurement exercises, construction, commissioning and operational maintenance.  Dan's Career highlights include serving as a Senior Offshore Development Manager for the Viking Link Interconnector, the Technical Lead for Flawless Project Delivery Lead for the Nyhamna Gas Expansion Project in Norway and Senior Mechanical Completions and Commissioning Engineer for Gorgon LNG Project in South Korea.

Daniel has vast practical experience in delivering environmental, health and safety workshops, preparing HAZOP and HAZIDs documentation, QHSE technical writing – all documents required for successful bid winning projects in the UK and Europe. As our project construction feasibility lead, Dan is able to help on support services and inspection, quality assurance completions and commissioning in a variety of projects, as well as clear permitting advise both onshore and offshore across northern Europe. In addition, Dan has taken lead on EPC contract negotiations and execution on a variety of projects from both client and contractor perspectives including National Grid, Shell, KBR Building Group, Flour, Hyundai Heavy Industry, Chevron from power, upstream LNG and Carbon Capturing and Storage to downstream oil refining incorporating both FEED and EPC projects.

In addition to achieving Chartered Mechanical Engineer status, Dan has an MBA from London School of Economics, a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University and is also a Member of the Non Executive Directors Association UK. Dan speaks Danish and English, with some proficiency in Norwegian and German.
